Installing the app
Currently available for iPad and iPhone, you can download and install the app from the Apple App Store by searching for erplain POS.
Once installed, open the app and login with your erplain email and password.
If you are new to erplain, please make sure to first setup your erplain account. You can find our setup guide on this page.
Setting up your Products
Your products have to be set up in erplain in order to be available for sale in the POS app. You can find our product guide on this page.
We recommend to add images so you can easily browse through your products on your POS app.
Important: Both Kits and Batch Tracked products are not supported or displayed within the POS.
App settings
Once your products are set up, open the erplain POS app and click on the Store tab to set up the app for your business. Most of the settings are synced directly from erplain but we recommend checking them one by one. It only takes 2 minutes.
