In case you forget your password.
Note to administrators: If you have an admin account and wish to reset a password for another user, we recommend you to update the user email address first before requesting a new password.
- Step 1: Simply go to your login screen and click on 'Forgot password?':
- Step 2: Type your email address and click on 'Reset my password':
You will receive an email with a link to connect to your account.
- Step 3: Type a new password and click 'Reset my password':
